If you would like us to delete your Sales Suite App account data, please email support@sleepengine.com from the email address you used to register in the app, with the subject line:
Sales Suite App Account Deletion Request
Please include your full name, registration email address, country, and company or retailer name if applicable.
We may contact you to verify your request before completing the deletion.
What We Delete
When we complete a valid deletion request, we will delete the account data associated with your Sales Suite App registration, including:
first name last name email address country company or retailer name marketing consent status recorded through the app
We will also delete or anonymise related app event records that can still be linked to your registration email, where applicable.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes.
This may include:
- records needed to demonstrate consent history or deletion handling
- security or abuse-prevention logs
- backup data that remains in secure backup systems until the normal backup retention period expires
Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and then securely deleted or anonymised.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to account deletion requests within 10 business days and to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming the request, unless a longer period is required by law.
